1. Handcrafting & Processing Time

Because each of our necklaces (custom jewelry in Arabic and Latin alphabets) is uniquely made-to-order, personalized, and crafted by hand upon request, there is a necessary production delay.

  • Production & Processing Time: It takes 7 to 14 business days to design, cut, polish, and package your custom necklace before it is handed over to our shipping carriers.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer worldwide international shipping. Once your custom piece has been handcrafted and dispatched, the estimated delivery windows are as follows:

  • International Delivery Time: Generally takes 25 to 30 business days to arrive at your destination.

  • Total Estimated Time: Please note that the total timeframe between placing your order and receiving your delivery is typically 30 to 45 business days. We appreciate your patience for a high-quality, customized piece of jewelry.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your unique tracking number(s). The tracking number will become active within 24–48 hours, allowing you to monitor your package throughout its international transit.

4. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Our store is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the sole responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs clearance fees, etc.).

5. Shipping Address Modifications

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete. Due to our manufacturing flow, we cannot guarantee address changes after an order enters the production phase.
